About Donald
Donald Spearritt completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland (with majors in German and Political Science), and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through QUT. He is admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, and is currently registered through the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Donald prides himself on his work ethic and strong interpersonal and oral communication skills which set him apart in his client-focused approach. Donald has extensive experience working in a number of Community Legal Centres in the practice areas of Environment and Planning Law, Criminal Law, Family Law and Refugee and Migration Law. These experiences provided Donald with great exposure to marginalised and disadvantaged clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, which has proved instrumental in developing his ability to establish lasting client relationships.
