Australian Immigration laws are complex and change frequently. It is also a very regulated industry and requires stringent reviews by the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Any agent who is in Australia and provides immigration advice is required to be registered with MARA. All registered agents are required to sit a Migration Law examination and are required to attend Continuing Professional Development seminars on a regular basis, to keep up to date.
As a Migration Agent, we are bound by MARA and the Code of Conduct. Migration Guru has recently applied to become a member of the Migration Professional Group, the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA), which is recognised by both MARA and the Australian Department of Immigration And Citizenship.
Our professional library is very extensive and has all the current migration legislation (including, Migration Act and Migration Regulations), various DIAC releases and immigration journals.
